Priscilla Block kicked off Saturday morning for the CMA Fest Riverfront Stage. She started her block party with “My Bar” which immediately got the crowd excited for the rest of her show. The excitement was only increased when Priscilla announced that we will officially be getting new music this year and it all starts with “Hey Jack”, which we also heard live. Priscilla ended her party with “Thick Thighs” and the entire riverfront was singing along with her. Priscilla truly brought the party vibes to her set and it set the stage for the rest of the acts to come later in the day.

Known for their powerful vocals and electrifying performances, The War and Treaty had the CMA fest fans on their feet for the duo’s heartfelt songwriting and emotional live shows. They treated the crowd at Riverfront stage to their song “Hey Driver” which is a collaboration with Zach Bryan. The duo graced the stage with a beautiful love song by the name of “Blank Page” which left everyone, including the artists in tears. The husband and wife powerhouse pair had no shame about showing their love for each other and it was such a beautiful thing to witness. The War and Treaty definitely “took us to church” with their Sunday gospel feel and love for performing that fans absolutely enamored.

Filling in for a Spotlight Stage spot with 45 minutes notice, singer-songwriter Ashton Smith put on a beautifully crafted show. Smith, hailing from Georgia, moved to Nashville a few years ago to pursue her music dreams, and is currently part of a band on Broadway. From cover songs by Jo Dee Messina and Martina McBride, to original songs such as “Like It Used To”, Smith impressed the crowd and had them singing to every word.

The Hard Rock Stage was made to be played on by Taylor Austin Dye. Taylor strutted onto the stage like she owned it and her fire for her music carried throughout the whole set. She sang “Poison in the Well” which is a story about believing town rumors, and “Bible Belt” which is her own story about her life in her hometown. We also got to hear her version of “Goodbye Earl” which easily made the crowd sing along with her. She ended her set with, what she called her murder country song, titled “Rest in Peace”, which quickly gained her a following when the clip of the song went viral.

Charly Reynolds’ beautiful voice, captivating songwriting, and bubbly personality led for an unforgettable set at CMA Fest’s Spotlight Stage on Saturday, June 8th. Reynolds sparkly pink outfit/name tag and versatility as an artist covered the highs and lows of girlhood. With her songs “Rodeo” about potentially meeting a new lover, and “Love You Long” about the fear of losing that new love.

Known for her viral hit “Heart on Fire in Mexico” Abby Anderson took center stage at Nashville’s Amp Stage at CMA Fest. Fun, flirty, and full of soul, Abby Anderson turns heartbreak into hip swaying summer jams. The Texas born singer is full of sunshine and is no stranger to the Nashville music circuit. She brought a killer performance full of life, love, and authenticity to the Amp Stage.

The four time Grammy nominated singer songwriter Ingrid Andress brought a wistful and starry eyed set list to CMA’s Riverfront Stage. Having toured with the likes of Keith Urban, Stevie Nicks, Tim McGraw the Colorado native brought headlining energy and soaring vocals to the CMA Fest crowd. The singer songwriter showed off her multi instrument skill set by accompanying herself on the keys during her viral hit “Lady Like” and left the crowd with a powerful message of being whoever you want to be.

From starring on the big screen as a country singer to catalyzing his own music career in Nashville, Charles Esten shared his talents as well as his perspective on his diverse career with CMA Fest’s Close Up Stage. After roles such as Deacon in CMT’s NASHVILLE and Ward Cameron in Netflix’s Outer Banks, as well as having a career in comedy, Esten is a unique fixture in the country music community, releasing music and performing at the Grand Ole Opry frequently.
