On May 13th, 2025, Livingston packed out the iconic Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, Tennessee. The 22-year-old Denton, Texas singer, songwriter, and producer was no stranger to Nashville as fans of all ages chanted his name and sang his songs word for word. The last time Livingston was in Nashville he had played at the infamous Exit/In and, this time around, there was no shortage of an emotionally charged performance. Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, known for its exceptional acoustics and atmosphere, provided the best backdrop for Livingston’s second time playing in Nashville.
Livingston’s set was a dynamic journey through his newest release of his album, A Hometown Odyssey. Tracks like “Gravedigger,” “Shadow,“ and “Glow” highlighted his growth as an artist, capturing themes of self-realization and empowerment. Energy from the all-age crowd filled Brooklyn Bowl as tracks like the introspective “Last Man Standing” and the anthemic “Symphony” played. Such tracks showcased Livingston’s ability to blend cinematic orchestration with heartfelt, raw lyrics. It was really a mesmerizing sight to see fans and families belt out these meaningful lyrics as Livingston sang along with them.
The concert was more than just a musical performance; it was a testament to Livingston’s resilience and artistic evolution. Both personally and universally, his storytelling, songwriting, and voice will always leave a lasting impression on Nashville’s music scene. As his tour continues, Livingston’s Nashville stop stands out as one of the most powerful reminders of the transformative power of music and his journey from a small town to international acclaim.
