With their hilarious banter and supportive fans, We Are Scientists completely owned the stage at EXIT/IN earlier this month. The three-membered band definitely did not disappoint their fans with their performance. Their fans also did not disappoint in supporting this New York City Rock band either. Many of the fans were singing along song after song in the intimate space EXIT/IN has to offer. Lots of heads bobbing along to the heavy guitar instrumentals for the entirety of the evening.
It was evident that the band members had a natural chemistry among them which brought their performance to the next level. The band candidly being themselves on stage really seemed to elevate their show alongside their solid sound. Walking on stage to play their first song, then realizing at the end of it they were missing their setlist. Instead of pretending like they didn’t forget to bring it on the stage, they embraced the mistake and added it in as a bit in between songs. This incident really embodies how fun their whole show was and what the band’s energy was like.
From the very first song, We Are Scientists was there to play their music and have a good time. Nothing was gonna stop them from sharing their music with the crowd on this Tuesday evening.
We Are Scientists’ Nashville show was nearing the end of their North American 2023 tour. Only a handful of shows followed after to wrap up their tour for the year. They started off in Toronto in early November and finished out their tour at home in New York in December. If there is anything to take away from this EXIT/IN show, it's that We Are Scientists' definitely made a good choice to have a Nashville stop on their tour.
